Murkani x Daisy Hill
Our twice sold-out Connected Collection is back!
Previously launched in Summer 2022, the collection features artworks created by Daisy, which have been reimagined as pieces of jewellery by Murkani. The pieces in this collection represent connection and are a celebration of our relationships with Mother Earth, with loved ones here and passed, with each other and with those who care for us. In celebration of our First Nations people, this collection was conceived to honour the cultural traditions and knowledge that has been passed between generations for thousands of years. Introducing seven stunning new pieces across four distinct artworks to our beloved Connected Collection, inspired by the natural beauty of the sea and sky.
The new additions feature a unique ball-style chain, delicate hanging charms on pendant necklaces and exciting new jewellery pieces, including earrings, chokers, bracelets and rings.
For every piece sold, $5 will be donated to the Australian Indigenous Education Foundation (AIEF) supporting scholarship opportunities at Partner Schools around the nation. AIEF provides financial and career support to help Indigenous students complete Year 12 and make a successful transition to tertiary studies or employment.
Proud Poppy x Daisy in Dots
When proud Muruwari woman and Aboriginal artist Daisy Hill and Tara first crossed paths, it sparked a conversation about art, fashion, and creating space for women to feel seen.
That conversation became Rise and Bloom, a 7 piece collection launched for NAIDOC Week 2025, a time to honour the strength, legacy and voices of First Nations communities.
Daisy, Allira, Guyala and Tara model the latest Daisy in Dots x Proud Poppy collection.
What the range means to Tara:
“Daisy’s work is rich in meaning and spirit, and turning that into something women can wear and feel connected to has been an incredible experience for myself and the team at Proud Poppy. This range is about visibility, unity, and the power of women lifting each other up.” - Tara McKeon.
About Daisy’s art:
At the heart of the collection is Daisy’s original artwork: feminine, detailed and full of love.
“This artwork embodies the spirit of unity, diversity, and the intrinsic bond between women and nature. It tells a story of women from various walks of life coming together, supporting one another and rising collectively in a world that often tries to hold them down. ‘Rise and Bloom’ honours Mother Nature, acknowledging her as the ultimate creator and nurturer.
”The artwork’s title, ‘Rise and Bloom’ calls for action - reminding women of their potential to overcome and thrive. It’s an affirmation of hope, resilience and strength.
The Rise and Bloom collection is ally-friendly and has been designed for everyone to enjoy.” - Daisy Hill.
Spiritbird Creations x Daisy in Dots
Handcrafted boomerang by Arron Nicholls, Hand painted by Daisy
In Aboriginal culture, turtles represent long journeys, protection and resilience, symbolising the strength and enduring connection of your family as you navigate life’s paths together. Mantis shrimp symbolise the balance between patience and action, representing adaptability and strength during times of change. The water lines signify the natural flow of life, while the five circle patterns, connected by journey lines, represent your family’s shared path and the unbreakable bond you hold together.
May this special piece serve as a reminder of the love and connection you have, always finding your way back to one another, just like a boomerang. This marli (boomerang) has been traditionally handcrafted for display purposes only and is not intended for hunting or ceremonial use. It is a collaboration, with the carving done by Arron Nicholls using an Ironbark bend from a fallen tree in the Pilliga Forrest, hand-painted by Daisy Hill
And Clay x Daisy in Dots
‘One-of-a-Kind’ Ceramic wall hangings
A carefully curated collection of handmade, hand-painted ceramic face plates, inspired by our own individuality, uniqueness, and the natural beauty within and around us.
Each piece is an original, bespoke creation, ensuring that every wall hanging plate is truly one-of-a-kind. A very special collaboration with Cinnamon from And Clay.
Status Anxiety x Daisy in Dots
The 'A Time to Gather' handbag and 'Mirror to the Sky' scarf drew on the elements from Daisy's original artwork which took over 30 hours to paint, and represents a journey of survival, self discovery, growth and revival. Days of painstaking work went into digitising Daisy's original artwork to ensure the texture and colours remained true to Daisy's original 'Walkabout' artwork.
100% of profits from the sales of this bag and scarf were donated to Children's Ground, a community-led organisation that's working to create a future of justice and opportunity for First Nations children.
"Working on a design collaboration with Daisy was amazing! Daisy is super creative, highly organised and was committed to delivering an incredible partnership with us from start to finish. Gold Coast Marathon x Daisy in Dots
The Gold Coast Marathon is a significant event celebrating people from all walks of life and when Daisy was approached to do the artworks for the 2024 event she was extremely honoured. Her artwork featured on the 2024 medals and finisher merchandise, including tshirts, hats and towels.
The 'Journey of Unity' and 'Many People, One Dream' artworks were designed to capture the enduring spirit and essence of the land and this special event. We aspire to do our best. As our footprints, the imprints of each participant are left behind, we are forever changed from this event. The artwork highlights the beauty of our differences and celebrates our union at this sacred meeting place. When we gather on this land, we are reminded that our connection to Country is also our connection to each other. We are many people with one dream.

Styling You The Label x Daisy in Dots
The Styling You The Label X Daisy In Dots collection comprised of six incredible pieces each featuring Daisy's original "Women on Country" artwork to culminate in truly wearable art!
This collaboration represents a partnership that was intentional and inclusive in all aspects. All proceeds from the sale of limited-edition square scarves and the Women on Country artwork were donated to the Stars Foundation, an organisation that offers a holistic program that supports Indigenous girls and young women to attend and remain engaged at school, complete Year 12 and move into work or further study.
"I first connected with Daisy through her art, buying beautiful prints for my home and office.
There is something about Daisy's work that just speaks to me on a deeper level than what might initially be seen.
With the Styling You The Label X Daisy In Dots Women on Country collection, I wanted to create more than just a beautiful print for our customers.
I initially reached out to Daisy about a possible print collaboration with the initial intent of honouring her art and her connections to her ancestors. But the collaboration achieved so much more.
Collaborating with Daisy also gave me the opportunity to help spotlight Aboriginal culture through the clothes her art would appear on. Our customers shared stories of being stopped in the supermarket or at an event to be asked about what they were wearing. Each person wearing a piece from the collection sparked much-needed and welcome conversations.
In creating these wearable art pieces, the collaboration was also able to support the Stars Foundation, which supports Indigenous girls and young women to remain engaged at school.
Styling You The Label is more than just the clothes it designs for its customers. We have key core values of supporting, uplifting and valuing women. Our collaboration with Daisy in Dots added a deeper positive dimension to those core values, of which we are proud."

Little Wings
This powerful collaboration involved a whole team of creative people including not only Daisy, but also Left Bank Art Group, their graphic designer, the laser cutter, professional aircraft painter and the Little Wings team!
Little Wings is a non profit organisation providing free, safe flights & ground transportation to seriously ill kids & their families from regional NSW and QLD to the nearest specialist medical centres and hospitals in city centres. Their service bridges the gap in regional healthcare - particularly in the Indigenous community, which accounts for 30 percent of missions. Many regional kids and families must travel very long distances to receive care, travel is costly, fatiguing and with one parent often out of employment whilst caring for a seriously ill child, there's a huge financial strain on the family.
Daisy donated her artwork because she wants all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and communities to feel they are recognised, welcomed and represented, and to help break down barriers that prevent our people from seeking support or services to do with their health.

Daisy's has featured her artwork on a range of teacher products and educational aides as part of a collaboration with Australian Teaching Aids. ATA also commissioned Daisy to create a collection of custom, original animal designs and symbols. The two collections are "Country Connections" and "Rainbow Dreaming".
It has been our honour and privilege to collaborate with Daisy on two beautiful classroom collections, Country Connections and Rainbow Dreaming, which will forever be close to our hearts. Not only is Daisy an exceptionally talented artist, she is masterful in her ability to communicate her culture through her art and writing. Each piece of artwork that Daisy presented moved us. It moved us to want to learn her culture, to have it represented in classrooms across the country, and to have gratitude to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of the past and present who have nurtured this unique land we call home.
Daisy was a wonderful collaborator who humbly shared her immense creativity with us. Where we misunderstood any aspects of her culture, or had missteps, she gently, patiently guided us in the right direction. Through this simple, yet powerful act she showed the importance of dialogue in cultivating understanding between cultures.
We are deeply grateful to Daisy for partnering with us on an incredible, vast collection of educational products that have become beloved staples in so many schools, daycare centres, homes, and offices across Australia.
Daisy, you are an inspiration and a delight. Thank you for collaborating with us. We look forward to creating more wonderful collections with you.

Grounded in Culture. Guided by Respect & Integrity
My work celebrates my heritage and stories that are mine to tell.
I incorporate Aboriginal language symbols and personal interpretations in a way that’s honest and culturally safe. I do not paint Dreaming stories that I am not a Custodian of. I paint what is mine ~ lived experience, emotion, and the unbreakable connection I feel to my Ancestors, my spirit, and this sacred land.
“Through my paintings, I connect with my roots, share meaningful stories, and celebrate the power of art to unite and uplift."
